The Power Of Meditation

 Hi Govind,

I was first introduced to the power of meditation a few years ago.

But I never took it seriously.

Now that I have completed 40 consecutive days, my mindset has completely shifted.

I can’t believe how much of an impact it’s had on me both mentally and spiritually.

These days I find myself more productive than I’ve ever been as I’m able to keep greater levels of focus through tasks/meetings.

I’m also more calm and balanced no matter what situation I’m thrown into.

This has really helped me make far better decisions and has dramatically reduced my stress levels.

But most importantly, I have greater appreciation for the things in my life and the opportunities I’m given.

If you’ve never tried meditation, I’d highly recommend it.

There’s many different apps you can try, for me ‘Waking Up’ by Sam Harris is a great place to start.

I was a skeptic myself so if I can be swayed, anyone can.
